Abstract:  This paper presented a case of antiAMPAR  encephalitis combined with myasthenia gravis who had a cognitive impairment for one week. It is not clear whether the pathogenesis of autoimmune encephalitis and myasthenia gravis with thymoma are related or similar  in consideration  by clinicians. Through the discussion, we hope to raise clinicians' attention and awareness to the disease, to avoid missed diagnosis.
