Clinical features in  chronic kidney diseasemineral and bone disorder

Abstract: Chronic kidney disease(CKD)has become a public health problem with high prevalence,  multiple complications and poor prognosis. Being one of its common complications, while mineral and bone abnormalities can lower the quality of life and safety of  patients with CKD. Early diagnosis is crucial for improving the prognosis of patients. Given  CKDMBD is a complex clinical pathophysiological process with multiple factors involved, the pathogenesis,  clinical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mineral and bone metabolic abnormalities caused by CKD will be reviewed. so that useful guidance for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment can be provided.
