Abstract: With the deepening of the researches on respiratory system disease in 2018,  various guidelines were updated. This article introduces  the related development in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,  interstitial lung disease,  lung cancer,  pulmonary hypertension,  bronchiectasis,  primary ciliary dyskinesia and so on.
