Abstract: Intraspinal tuberculosis includes spinal cord tuberculosis and meningeal tuberculosis. It has the characteristics of low incidence and high mortality. Due to the lack of specificity in clinical and imaging manifestations, low positive rate of auxiliary examination, clinical diagnosis and followup treatment are often delayed, thus affecting the prognosis of the disease. This paper focuses on the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and progress of intraspinal tuberculosis infection.
