One case of NeuroBehet disease misdiagnosed as tuberculous meningitis in early stage  and literature review

Abstract: NeuroBehet disease is a rare clinical disease and its clinical manifestation is  variable and complex.This disease may occur in many parts of the body. The laboratory results are lack of specificity.Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)cytology can be characterized by neutrophil reaction and mixed cytology reaction,  which is easy to be misdiagnosed as central nervous system infectious. This paper reports a rare case of NeuroBehet  disease misdiagnosed as tuberculous meningitis in the early stageand reviews the literature in order to increase the clinicians’ understanding.
