Modes of classification of diabetic foot in China

Abstract: Diabetic foot (DF) is a serious chronic complication of diabetes. Its high incidence, high disability rate, high mortality rate and low control rate bring huge burden to the family, the whole medical and health system. The medical resources of our country match the difference, the difficulty, complexity and difference of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot increase the difficulty of prevention and cure. The modes of diagnosis and treatment in foreign countries can be used for reference.In the consideration of our country is to carry out a chronic noncommunicable diseases diagnosis classification and grading diagnosis and treatment on DF patients reasonably, which can provide orderly, continuous and homogeneous health services for DF patients. This paper gives the following summary of Chinese classification of DF diagnosis and treatment mode.
