摘要： 临时心脏起搏是治疗严重缓慢型心律失常的一种有效的急救措施，在临床实际操作中，时常会遇到一些问题，导致操作不成功，延误治疗，本文对临时心脏起搏器植入方法、常见问题及解决方案进行论述，有利于初学者掌握临时心脏起搏器操作方法，提高应对困难及解决问题的能力。

Abstract: Temporary cardiac pacing is an effective emergency measure for the treatment of severe bradycardia. In clinical practice， unexpected problems sometimes lead to failure of cardiac pacemaker implantation. This article focuses on the implantation methods of temporary cardiac pacemaker and common problems and solutions，which helps beginners master implantation techniques and improve the ability to solve the problems.
