微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的作用

摘要: 目的 研究微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)治疗中的作用。方法 将126例UC患者随机分为两组,对照组口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒4 g/d;联合组在对照组的基础上,口服枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊500 mg,3次/d。疗程1个月。监测患者治疗前后血红蛋白(HB)、白蛋白(ALB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和红细胞沉降率(ESR)、白细胞介素(IL)6、IL10、血清钙结合蛋白S100A12水平。结果 联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),与对照组比较,联合组治疗后ALB及IL10增高(P<0.05),而hsCRP、ESR、IL6、血清S100A12水平均降低。结论 微生态制剂能提高美沙拉嗪治疗UC的有效率,安全可靠。

Abstract: Objective  To study the role of microbiological agents combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods  A total of  126  UC patients were enrolled amd randomly divided into two groups, and the control group was given 4 g/d of mesalazin sustainedrelease granules. On the basis of the control group. the combined group also took 500 mg of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium entericcoated capsules 3 times per day for one month. The levels of hemoglobin (HB), albumin (ALB),hypersensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). interleukin (IL) 6, IL10 and serum calcium binding protein were monitored before and after the treatment. Results  The total effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Compared with control group, ALB and IL10 witnessesd increases in combined group (P<0.05), while   hsCRP, ESR, IL6 and serum S100A12 decreased. Conclusion  Microbiological agents can improve the efficiency, safety and reliability of mesalazin in the treatment of UC.
