Progress in molecular pathology diagnostic techniques of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract

Abstract: Diagnosis of tuberculosis is the key to timely treatment of patients.For a long time， the tuberculosis diagnosis method mainly relies on bacteriological smear and culture. In recent years， the rapid development of molecular biology technique provides a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis. This paper discussed the molecular pathology technologies in diagnosis of tuberculosis， and objectively analyzed the feasibility of these technologies.
