Cooperation and nursing during endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastrointestinal carcinoma

Abstract: With the fast development of endoscopic technique and the acknowledge about the  gastrointestinal neoplasms, the detection rate of early gastrointestinal carcinoma in China shows an increasing trend.  Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) is a kind of minimal invasive therapy to early gastrointestinal carcinoma and precancerous lesions. By ESD,  the lesions can be resected completely and the gastrointestinal carcinoma can be cured. We discussed  the cooperation and the nursing method during ESD for early gastrointestinal carcinoma and precancerous lesions. The goal is to increase the professional level of endoscopy nursing intervention.
