Abstract: Objective To report a case of cerebral aspergillosis in immunocompetent with no signs of infection and corresponding treatment, then review the literature. Methods One patient of cerebral aspergillus infection in primary angiitis of the central nervous system was diagnosed by pathological biopsy. Results After the regular anti fungal treatment with voriconazole, the patient's condition and the lesion in the brain were all stable. Conclusion There are various manifestations of aspergillus infection in the brain. The imaging of immunocompetent patient with no signs of infection and non local dissemination is not specific. It is necessary to improve the acknowledge and vigilance of cerebral aspergillosis contributing to early diagnosis, early treatment and reduce mortality.
