LGI1 antibodyrelated limbic encephalitis: a case report and literature review

Abstract: LGI1 antibody related  limbic encephalitis is an autoimmune disease characterized by sudden cognitive,  and  emotional changes and epileptic seizures. It rarely coincides with tumor and has a better response to immunotherapy. The early diagnosis and appropriate treatment suggest a better prognosis for patients. A case of LGI1 antibody related limbic encephalitis admitted to our hospital is reported.
