Abstract: Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm (PSA) is a common vascular complication associated with cardiac catheterization procedures. At present,  ultrasoundguided thrombin injection (UGTI) is widely used in firstline therapy because of its safety and effectiveness. In this paper,  three cases of PSA patients recently treated with UGTI  in our department were reported and the related literatures were reviewed.
