Abstract: Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm (PSA) is a common vascular complication associated with cardiac catheterization procedures. At present, ultrasoundguided thrombin injection (UGTI) is widely used in firstline therapy because of its safety and effectiveness. In this paper, three cases of PSA patients recently treated with UGTI in our department were reported and the related literatures were reviewed.
