Abstract: Neonatal chylothorax is a rare disease in the neonatal period, which can lead to respiratory failure at early birth and lifethreatening complications caused by the loss of massive lymphatic fluid, such as infection, malnutrition and immunodeficiency. A case report and literature review were conducted on the clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, nonenhanced MRI application and conservative treatment of neonatal chylothorax, so as to enhance the understanding of pediatric clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
