Abstract: Serious bradyarrhythmia， three degree atrioventricular for example， is common in clinic， while temporary cardiac pacing is a kind of primary measure to rescue severe patients in emergency. It is very important to implant temporary pacemakers safely and rapidly. In the condition of emergency without X ray， balloontipped floating catheter is helpful in the process of implantation of bedside temporary pacemaker. Operator can put balloontipped floating electrode catheter to right ventricular via femoral vein， subclavian vein or internal jugular vein. And balloontipped floating catheter is inserted guiding by the length of catheter in body and the QRS morphology of pacing electrocardiogram.
