Abstract: Epigenetics is the study of the heritable changes in gene expression without changes in the nucleotide sequence of genes, including DNA methylation, histone modification, miRNA, chromosome remodeling, etc.Studies have shown that DNA methylation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of lymphoma, and demethylation therapy plays an important role in overcoming drug resistance and recurrence of lymphoma. This article reviews the role of DNA methylation to the development of lymphoma and the application of demethylated drugs to the treatment of lymphoma.
