Abstract: Lymphoma is a hematological malignant tumor originating from lymphocytes. Its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, and it is highly heterogeneous. Deapite the fact that the survival rate of lymphoma patients is significantly improved in the era of immunochemotherapy,, around 40% of patients still suffer from primary resistance, and relapse after medication and treatment. The mechanism of drug resistance in lymphoma cells is extremely complex, which is associated with lymphoma autoheterogeneity, immune evasion, and microenvironmentrelated immune escape and epigenetics. This article reviews the progress of research on the mechanism of lymphoma resistance.
