Abstract

Abstract: EUS has been widely used in the diagnosis and staging of gastrointestinal tumors, the biliopancreatic system and other extramural organs. The development of EUSFNA changed the application scope of EUS. How to improve the positive rate of EUSFNA has always been the focus of endoscopic physicians. This article aims to make a review on the the progress of operation procedure of EUSFNA, needle selection, puncture method strategy and rapid field pathological assessment, and discuss how to improve the positive rate of EUSFNA.
