Abstract: This article briefly introduces the distribution of plantar pressure， enumerates the current  status of plantar decompression in patients with diabetic foot in China， and points out the short  comings  to improve the medical staff，patients and their families’ attention to the plantar pressure.Prevention of diabetic foot will begin from decompression， early detection of abnormal plantar pressure， timely intervention will reduce the incidence of ulcer recurrence rate， improve the healing rate and reduce the cutoff rate and mortality.
