Effect of probiotics products on glucolipid metabolism and inflammation reaction of type 2 diabetes mellitus: a metaanalysis

摘要: 目的 评价益生菌制品对2型糖尿病(T2DM)糖脂代谢和炎症反应的影响。方法以  T2DM患者为研究对象,全面搜集并纳入已公开发表的有关益生菌制品干预T2DM的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限设定为建库至2016年12月。由2位评价者独立进行文献筛选、基本资料提取和偏倚风险评估,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入11个RCT,共567例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,益生菌制品能降低T2DM患者FPG及HbA1c水平;但TG、TC、HDLC、LDLC及hsCRP比较无统计学意义。结论 益生菌制品可以降低T2DM患者血糖水平,可将其作为T2DM降糖治疗的辅助手段。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the effect of probiotics products on glucolipid metabolism and inflammation reaction of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods  Databases were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about probiotics products on glucolipid metabolism and inflammation reaction of T2DM which were published before December 2016. Two reviewers independently screened literatures, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies, and the metaanalysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results  A  total of 11 RCTs involving 567 patients were included. The results of metaanalysis demonstrated that probiotics products had positive effect on the levels of FPG, HbA1c compared with the control group; While there was no statistic significance on the levels of TG, TC, HDLC, LDLC and hsCRP. Conclusion  Probiotics products are effective in lowing the levels of blood glucose, and probiotics products is a form of recommendable adjuvant therapy for T2DM.
