摘要: 急性心肌梗死(AMI)和急性暴发性心肌炎均可表现为无脉性电活动。在病因未纠正之前,表现为无脉性电活动的心搏骤停(CA)患者病死率极高。体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)作为一种人工心肺支持器官,为CA 患者提供了救治的桥梁。我中心收治3 例心肺复苏术后患者,在ECMO辅助下进行救治。通过介绍该病例的救治过程,旨在提高对ECMO 辅助救治的认识。

Abstract: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and acute fulminant myocarditis can be manifested as pulseless electrical activity. Patients of cardiac arrest (CA) with nonpulsating electrical activity have a very high mortality rate before the cause is corrected. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO),  an artificial cardiopulmonary support organ,  provides a bridge treat patients with CA.  A total of  three patients who had undergone cardiopulmonary resuscitation were treated with ECMO. By introducing the treatment process of those cases,  we aimed  to improve the understanding of ECMO assisted treatment.
