A case of AL type amyloidosis nephropathy treated with sequential chemotherapy

Abstract:

A male patient with AL type amyloidosis nephropathy was presented. The main clinical manifestations were edema, oliguria, abdominal distension, hypoproteinemia, hyperlipidemia and massive proteinuria. The diagnosis was confirmed by renal biopsy. After the sequential use of “CBD” and “TCD” chemotherapy, the patient's condition improved and good partial remission was achieved. The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of AL type amyloidosis nephropathy were discussed in the article.
