Abstract: Portal hypertension is a serious clinical syndrome caused by the increasing portal vein resistance and blood flowing, and the difficulty of its clinical treatment is due to a series of serious complications, such as esophageal varices, splenomegaly, ascites, etc. In recent years, as the new evidencebased medical evidence on diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension appear constantly, clinical guidelines or consensus have also been updated, making treatment more standardized.
