Abstract: Portal hypertension is a serious clinical syndrome caused by the increasing portal vein resistance and blood flowing， and the difficulty of its clinical treatment is due to a series of serious complications， such as esophageal varices， splenomegaly， ascites， etc. In recent years， as the new evidencebased medical evidence on diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension appear constantly， clinical guidelines or consensus have also been updated， making treatment more standardized.
