Therapy keys and advances in acute heart failure

Abstract

Abstract: Acute heart failure is one of the most serious clinical disease， with high mortality and poor prognosis. But in recent years， there have been few reports on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of acute heart failure. With China Heart Failure Guidelines in 2014 and European Heart Failure Guidelines in 2016， some new ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of acute heart failure were put forward. In this paper， we reviewed the latest guidelines and recent literatures on the diagnosis and treatment of acute heart failure and clinical treatment progress.
