作者简介:谢瑞芹,河北医科大学第二医院心血管内一科主任,主任医师、教授、医学博士、博士研究生导师。河北省内科学分会常委兼秘书,中国电生理女医师协会理事。第二届河北医科大学优秀骨干教师,河北省三三三人才工程二层次人才。在心脏起搏电生理和缺血再灌注损伤心脏保护方面有较深入研究,2009~2010年曾以访问学者身份赴美国哈佛大学医学院Beth Isreal Deconess附属医院学习。已在国内外专业期刊发表研究论文60余篇,其中多篇被SCI收录, 主编心血管专业著作4部,承担河北省自然科学基金1项和河北省科技攻关课题及河北省卫生厅科技攻关课题项目各1项。获河北省科技进步二等奖1项、河北省科技进步三等奖4项及河北省医学会科技进步一等奖4项。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 心房颤动(房颤)是临床常见的心律失常之一,最大风险是血栓栓塞,常见是脑卒中。随着人口的老龄化,房颤人数持续增加,治疗问题也逐渐成为人们关注重点。房颤导管消融是其重要治疗方法之一,可明显改善房颤患者预后。且随着技术发展,消融方法也日趋成熟,故导管消融术治疗房颤地位正在逐步提升。但消融方法尚无固定术式,发生机制尚未完全明确,尤其对于持续房颤。因此房颤消融术仍存在一些问题有待进一步探索。

Abstract: Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinic. The biggest risk of atrial fibrillation is thromboembolism, the most common complication is stroke. With the aging of population, more and more people suffer from atrial fibrillation, so the treatment of atrial fibrillation has gradually become the focus problem. Radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation is one of the important treatment methods, it can obviously improve the prognosis of patients with atrial fibrillation. And with the development of technology, ablation method has been mature, the status of radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation is gradually improved. However, there is no fixed operation method up to now. The mechanism of atrial fibrillation is not thoroughly explicit, especially for persistent atrial fibrillation. There are still some problems with radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation to further investigate.
