摘要: 表观遗传学是研究基因的核苷酸序列不发生改变的情况下,基因表达可遗传的变化,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、miRNA、染色体重塑等。研究表明DNA甲基化在淋巴瘤的发病中发挥重要作用,去甲基化治疗也参与逆转淋巴瘤耐药。本文就DNA甲基化在淋巴瘤发生发展中的作用及去甲基化治疗在淋巴瘤治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract: Epigenetics is the study of the heritable changes in gene expression without changes in the nucleotide sequence of genes, including DNA methylation, histone modification, miRNA, chromosome remodeling, etc.Studies have shown that DNA methylation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of lymphoma, and demethylation therapy plays an important role in overcoming drug resistance and recurrence of lymphoma.This article reviews the role of DNA methylation to the development of lymphoma and the application of demethylated drugs to the treatment of lymphoma.
