作者简介:向凤，女，汉族，1994年1月19日出生，籍贯重庆。2012年9月至2017年6月就读于南开大学医学院，目前为南开大学医学院临床医学神经病学在读研究生。2017年7月开始于解放军总医院神经内科进行规范化培训，研究生导师为于生元教授，研究方向为头痛、神经免疫等。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 椎管内结核包括脊髓结核和脊膜结核，具有发病率低、致死率高等特点，因其临床及影像学表现缺乏特异性、辅助检查阳性率低，常造成临床诊断及后续治疗的延误，进而影响疾病预后。本文将重点就椎管内结核感染临床表现、诊断、治疗方法及相关进展进行综述。

Abstract: Intraspinal tuberculosis includes spinal cord tuberculosis and meningeal tuberculosis. It has the characteristics of low incidence and high mortality. Due to the lack of specificity in clinical and imaging manifestations, low positive rate of auxiliary examination, clinical diagnosis and followup treatment are often delayed, thus affecting the prognosis of the disease. This paper focuses on the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and progress of intraspinal tuberculosis infection.
