高频超声鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节

摘要: 甲状腺癌是一种常见的内分泌肿瘤,具有一定隐匿性, 早期诊断治疗则预后较好。因甲状腺位置表浅,高频超声做为一种无创的检查手段, 明显优于CT、MRI等其他影像学方法,是鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的首选检查方法。本文就甲状腺超声的主要检测手段以及甲状腺良恶性结节的超声特点进行综述。

Abstract: Thyroid cancer is a common endocrine tumor without symptom, and the progress is good if having early diagnosis and treatment. Based on the anatomy of the thyroid gland, the high-resolution ultrasound is a more valuable means to differentially diagnoze thyroid nodles than other imaging examination. This review is to introduce the main ultrasounds testing methods in thyroid gland and the ultrasound feature of thyroid nodules.
