摘要: 胃食管反流病(GERD) 是胃内容物反流所导致的一组疾病,没有单一的生物标志物能够反映整个疾病谱。GERD生物标志物对内镜阴性、常规pH阻抗监测无异常的食管疾病的判别有价值。组织病理学标志物、基线阻抗和血清学检测(反映食管黏膜完整性)、量化黏膜完整性受损程度的基线黏膜阻抗、反映连接蛋白的蛋白水解片段已经成为一组有前景的GERD生物标志物。

Abstract: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a group of diseases caused by reflux of gastric contents, no single biomarker can reflect the whole spectrum of disease. GERD biomarkers are valuable for the diagnosis of esophageal disease without abnormal endoscopic and conventional pH impedance monitoring. Histopathological markers,baseline impedance and serological tests (reflecting esophageal mucosal integrity), quantifying the degree of mucosal integrity impairment of the baseline mucosal impedance, reflecting the proteolytic fragments of connexins have become a promising group of GERD biomarkers.
