摘要:
短暂意识丧失( transient loss of consciousness, TLOC)是指真正或貌似意识丧失的一种状态。TLOC的病因很多,超过90%的TLOC被诊断为晕厥、癫痫、心因性发作,但三者间的误诊率高达30%。本文就TLOC前三大病因诊断的研究进展进行综述,以明确病因,为鉴别诊断提供依据。
