摘要/Abstract

摘要：

急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury, AKI)是临床常见的危重症之一,病死率高。其中,社区获得性AKI(community associated acute kidney injury, CA-AKI)是全球AKI的常见形式。但是,目前关于CA-AKI的研究较少,CA-AKI的发病率、病因和预后仍未完全清楚。本文通过对CA-AKI的发病率、病因及预后进行综述,旨在为临床AKI的防治提供参考。
