以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划对癌症晚期患者ACP准备度及生命质量的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的分析以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划对癌症晚期患者预立医疗照护计划准备度及生命质量的影响。方法将云南省某三甲医院肿瘤内科收治的82例晚期癌症患者随机分为对照组( $n$ =42)和干预组( $n$ =40),对照组实施常规临床护理措施,干预组在对照组的基础上实施以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划,分析两组干预前、干预后1周、干预后1月预立医疗照护计划准备度及生命质量水平。结果干预后两组预立医疗照护计划准备度及生命质量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划能有效提高晚期癌症患者预立医疗照护计划准备度,改善晚期癌症患者生命质量。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the effects of family-centered advance care planning (ACP) on ACP readiness and quality of life in advanced cancer patients. Methods A total of 82 patients with advanced cancer admitted to the oncology department of a top-three hospital in Yunnan Province were randomly divided into control group ( $n$ =42) and intervention group ( $n$ =40). The control group received routine clinical nursing measures for cancer patients, and the intervention group received family-centered ACP plus routine nursing care. ACP readiness and quality of life before and 1 week and 1 month after intervention between groups were analyzed. Results After intervention, there were significant differences in the ACP readiness and quality of life between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Family-centered ACP can effectively improve the ACP readiness and improve the quality of life of advanced cancer patients.
