摘要:
持续性植物状态(persistent vegetative state, PVS)是一种特殊的意识障碍,特点是醒时睁眼但无意识活动,有不规则的睡眠-觉醒周期,可持续1个月以上。PVS的诊断标准在国际上尚未统一,主要依靠临床表现、神经电生理技术、影像学检查等其他相关辅助检查协助诊断。PVS致死率、致残率高,患者生存质量差。本文主要从中医促醒治疗、西药治疗、神经电磁刺激、综合康复治疗等治疗方法入手,对近几年治疗PVS的已发表文献进行归纳总结,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
