Abstract: Thyroid hormones exert broad effects on cardiovascular system. Either thyroid hormone excesses and deficiencies, are expected to result in related disorders in cardiac function. Subclinical thyroid diseases also can be closely associated with increased risks of cardiovascular disorders and mortality.
