摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法将160例DPN患者分为治疗组（糖尿病基础治疗+甲钴胺+复方丹参滴丸）和对照组（糖尿病基础治疗+甲钴胺），治疗2个月后，比较两组疗效、神经传导速度、甲皱微循环指标治疗前后变化。结果两组感觉和运动神经传导速度及甲皱微循环指标均有不同程度改善，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论复方丹参滴丸可以改善DPN血瘀症状，改善神经传导速度，从而起到良好治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods A total of 160 of DPN patients were divided into treatment group (diabetes foundation treatment+mecobalamin+Danshen Dripping Pills) and control group (basic treatment+mecobalamin). After two months of treatment，the changes of the symptom score， curative effect， nerve conduction velocity and microcirculation index were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group， the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity and nailfold microcirculation indexes in treatment group improved significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Danshen Dripping Pill can improve the blood stasis symptoms of DPN and nerve conduction velocity， and thus play a good therapeutic effect.
