摘要: 目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(h-fabp)和超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的表达水平及意义.方法 选择经多导睡眠仪监测确诊的42例OSAHS患者(OSAHS组)和健康自愿者30例(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测两组血清h-fabp、hsCRP的表达水平,同时常规检测血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)的水平.结果 OSAHS组与对照组比较血清h-fabp的水平(11.73±3.45)μg/L vs(7.79±2.84)μg/L ;hsCRP(5.41±1.83)mg/L vs(2.49±0.75)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);OSAHS组血清AST、CK水平与对照组比较差异元统计学意义(均P>0.05);OSAHS组h-fabp与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)无相关性(r=0.246,P>0.05),而hsCRP与AHI呈正相关(r=0.656,P<0.01).结论 h-fabp、hsCRP联合检测与传统的心肌损害指标相比,对OSAHS患者发生心肌损害和未来心血管事件可能具有更高的预测价值.
