重症监护病房患者谵妄筛查工具的临床使用

摘要：

谵妄是重症监护病房(intensive care unit, ICU)的常见疾病,早期筛查及诊疗可影响患者预后。近年来有超过10种谵妄筛查方法出现,但其优缺点、敏感度、特异度不同。本文对常用ICU患者谵妄筛查工具进行总结对比,旨在为ICU患者谵妄的诊断提供帮助。
