Abstract: Achieving tight glycaemic targets throughout the pregnancy is essential for a healthy baby and a healthy mother   and intelligent use of technology is fundamental to this success. To treat GDM or preexisting diabetes, we can use the following technology to meet glucose targets, such as blood glucose monitoring,HbA1c,CGM,Flash Libre and subcutaneous insulin pumps. We can also use the Pea Pod to measure neonatal body composition within 48 hours after birth to help determine the success of treatment during pregnancy.
