摘要： 门静脉血栓形成(portal vein thrombosis, PVT)是由多种病因引起门静脉及其主要分支内形成血栓，造成血流完全或部分中断，其中，肝硬化是主要原因之一。近年来，随着对该疾病认识的逐步提高，已有越来越多的研究关注于此。本文就近年来有关肝硬化PVT的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Portal vein thrombosis is the formation of thrombosis in the portal vein and its main branches, which is caused by multiple pathogenic factors, and liver cirrhosis is one of the main causes. With the gradual improvement in the understanding of the disease, more and more researches have been focused on this in recent years. This paper reviews the recent advances in the study of portal vein thrombosis in liver cirrhosis.
